Breakthrough Simplicity in Total Integrated Management Systems
Replacing the heart of your existing processes with core best processes and totally integrating them is the easiest, fastest, and the most cost-effective approach to achieving or sustaining best-in-class excellence. Why? Because, everything is a process or part of a process and every process requires knowledge that is correct, complete, and readily usable to function to its full capability. If anyone tries to make managing your organization more complex than this, they are wasting your resources.
So, that means you need to obtain the best processes and the required knowledge to optimize your organization's performance and this is the place for them. Unfortunately, most people fall victim to the paradigm that there are no best processes that will work in a variety of industries and cultures. They are deceived because they are looking at the differences and they do not see through to the core process that are the same for all best processes. Simply stated, what it takes to be the best at leadership, strategy development, and all other key processes is the same for all types and sizes of organizations including health care, education, public sector, nonprofit, or business.
OK, the paradigm-inflicted have stopped reading by now but the those of you with an open and/or curious mind are still with me. So, get ready for the Demo.
Bring a total integrated management excellence system to life in your organization. One that addresses your excellence needs by simply answering questions using core best process response models to totally integrate all the key processes of your organization. FYI, the slow, painful and expensive approach to achieving excellence often goes by the name 'continuous improvement' and its advocates are often passionate and incorrigible.
What does a totally integrated excellence management system of best processes look like when you are done? It looks somewhat like what you see in the simplified health care example below except that it will be adapted to what you do and in your organization's terminology. To visualize the total integration, click on the systems and processes in the diagram below and in the simplified processes they link to. Please be aware that the process knowledge inputs required to optimize the performance of the DEMO processes is either limited or not shown.
Better yet, you can easily integrate every process, policy, set of instructions, or any other information with those already on your server or Intranet. As you do this, each improvement opportunity becomes visible and you are provided with a proven best practice applicable to your organization to act on.
Today, many organizations use the Baldrige or EFQM models as the basis for managing and operating. The Demo above is based on the Baldrige Criteria but is also available for EFQM. Many people I have met think of Baldrige and EFQM as being quite different. They are correct but the processes in both are mostly the same. And, optimizing and integrating the processes is the key to excellence doe both models.

Benchmarking, Six Sigma, Lean, ISO, and Baldrige and other quality criteria assessments are effective improvement approaches but even when they are used optimally, they are incapable of delivering the breakthrough rate of improvement that results from replacing the engine of underperforming processes with proven best core processes, integrating them into a total organizational management system, and fueling them with the right knowledge.

Final Thought: I have assessed the management systems of hundreds of organizations through the years. Several have paid hundreds of millions of dollars for 'Total Integrated Management Systems' and none offer more than what I offer at a small fraction of the cost and time to implement. Why do they pay all that money and waste all that time?
