BestProcess.com is the best practices unit of Total Quality Inc (TQI).  TQI was formally founded in 1991 by Paul Steel and is based in Bellevue, WA USA. TQI has served thousands of organizations worldwide since 1991 (see sample list) attesting to our enduring marketplace value. Any organization serious about achieving unsurpassed excellence is a candidate to be a customer. Clients are diverse including smaller and larger public sector, not-for-profit, education, health care, service, and manufacturing organizations.  They represent all levels of excellence achievement from beginners to winners (Europe, Asia and the Americas) and to organizations assessed higher than the winners but who choose not to apply for an award.

Although we specialize in Baldrige Best Practices, we also offer a full menu of Baldrige services and products. We constantly innovate to be the recognized leader in enabling the effective and easier use of the Baldrige Criteria. Examples of our innovation include:
