Training: Most experienced Baldrige trainer - I have trained thousands more people in Self-Assessment than the Baldrige Award Program since 1988 using the same 3-day format and the same materials as Baldrige. CEUs, certification, and graduate university credit offered.
Application Development: Make your first draft your final draft using my experience, integrated Criteria Response Templates, and Baldrige Best Practice Process Models. Finish in about two weeks and not several months.
Assessment: Diligence, objectivity, an actionable feedback report, and unsurpassed experience since year one of the Baldrige Award Program. I have assessed more than 20 national Baldrige Criteria-based award winners since 2007 - no one else comes close. Breakthrough: If you use the interview assessment approach, there is no writing and the information captured can be used to generate the final draft of your application saving you months of painful writing.
Site Visit Preparation: Preparation guidance and simulation (mock site visit) - A Baldrige site visit should be a positive and fun experience for your organization. Knowing in advance what questions they will ask, what documentation they will request, who they will talk to, and where they will go is the key to success.
Going Beyond Baldrige: Baldrige Award winners only score about 600 out of 1,000 possible points. Scoring significantly above 800 is easier, faster and much less costly than continuously improving to 600 when you implement a Total Baldrige Integrated Excellence System. It is readily adaptable to all types of public sector, healthcare, education, and private sector organizations. Preserve your culture and everything that works in your existing processes. Why do more than 80% of the Criteria questions begin with "How"? Maybe it's because everything is a process or at least a part of a process. Each process in the Total Baldrige Integrated Excellence System is actually a core process that has been updated using knowledge gained from hundreds of assessments of public and private sector and health care and education Criteria users worldwide. These core processes are the 'best of the best'. However, the best processes in the world are useless unless you and your colleagues can accept and implement them. I have 30 years of experience in facilitating implementation of processes and systems while preserving the culture and special needs of various sizes and types of organizations. It is much easier to do than most people think. The key to success is to replace the core of your existing processes which are not capable of best-in-class performance with a best practice core processes. This allows you to preserve everything that works well, everything important to your success, your culture, and everything you are already the expert in.
