• Most experienced Baldrige trainer worldwide since 1987 - including the Baldrige and other national award Examiners and Judges for several countries

• Trained Examiners in more than 20 states

• Trained assessors in more than 25 countries

• Trained personnel in the offices of the Prime Minister or President in 6 countries

• University graduate school credit and CEUs offered

• You select the time and location - onsite or Borneo (Yes, 3 times - see photo below)

• Total Integrated Excellence System of Baldrige Best Practice Process Models and training in how to use it is included at no extra charge, if desired

• Baldrige Integrated Criteria Response Templates are included. They make application writing easier and training in how to use them is included at no extra charge (in most cases)

Conducting more Baldrige training than anyone is no doubt important. But for me, what is most important is learning how to improve each session I facilitate and being able to use my experience to adapt to the unique training requirements of each organization and individual I interact with.
